Wow this time around was an amazing experience. I came in for my husbands root canal and Jessica the dental assistant was amazing!! She explained and answered all of our questions and very politely. She was the male doctor I forgot his name The only problem here was the time coming before at the initial screening. The office manager Nancy was extremely rude and very impatient with our questions and after visit she did something strange and sent a text to us of dialogue the dialogue sent was our entire conversation at check in between husband, her, and myself I thought it was strange than, when I asked why was that text message sent, no one had a explanation or reason for it this same day the doctor was a female forgot her name as well. She came in the room, did not greet us and told my two children and I to get out “can y’all get out I’m starting the exam” . We were not in her way we were just sitting in the corner chair they have in there for family just supporting my husband She was only doing an exam no X-ray nor procedures. Today Jessica and male doctor changed my opinion and impression on this location. On top of doing an amazing job they were very nice. They allowed me to sit in through the procedure and again she was just sooo great. More
I must admit, I was skeptical about visiting Mint Dentistry. When I hear business advertisements on the radio, I figure they’re just hyping them up because they’re getting paid to do so. After coming here today to get my first root canal in 15 years, I’m very pleased to say that I’m happy with the results! They staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I want to give a shout out to Mint Dentistry. They have been such a great place to deal with my dental work. From cleaning to root canal to teeth removal. Such an amazing experience and staff . Dr. Dhingra and Jessica made me feel very relax and made sure i was comfortable. More
