From the front office, to the dentist, and all apprentices - I have been shown nothing but expertise and care. During my most recent visit, the dentist that cared for me was Crystal. I would recommend her to anyone!!! With my insurance the services are affordable and so far i haven't had any issues with the dental work. My only issue is the wait time. Plan on being there no less than 4 hours. It's ridiculous how slow they are and rather how many people they book at a time. Their is one other thing but this is with most dentist offices; there's no privacy. Where is the hippa laws? All your medical records that they ask you about aloud is free for everyone to hear. I don't like that. 😞 overall this is my dentist office 🏬 ****update **** Please get organized and communicate to your patients..I took off work for my appointment and they couldn't do my cleanings. They should have called to cancel my appointment! More

JUST WOW! I came to MINT after an awful dental appointment experience the day before at another local dentist. From check-in to check out I was beyond impressed. The front office staff was kind, prompt and efficient. My hygienists Jessica and Dora (in training) were friendly and had great communication walking me through each step of the new patient process. They ensured I was comfortable, which was easy because the MINT experience is has massage chairs, TVs in the ceiling and soft music playing - it’s such a zen experience. Dr. Cunningham was personable and thorough in my exam and cleaning. BONUS: not only do you get fantastic service but you get a travel baggy full of goodies and complimentary at-home whiting kit. Best Dental experience I’ve ever had. I had my fillings done, my cleaning done and also had two wisdom teeth extracted. I’ve been delaying the extraction of my wisdom teeth for a long time but MINT definitely made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They were only able to extract two wisdom teeth just because my pain tolerance wasn’t as high as I thought, & they recommended that I be under for the bottom teeth. (& I AGREE) I do not want to feel that much pressure AGAIN! Over ALL, I will continue to go to MINT for any dental appointments I need in the future because again, my anxiety was no where near as high as it normally is when it comes to dental appointments. Today was my roughly my fifth visit which would mean be visiting this location going on two and a half years but have not yet had a bad experience. Usually a quick time from checking in to being seen. The ladies at the front desk or helping are always nice, no issues with cleaning procedures. It's always been a good experience when coming in for a routine check up. An update to this review after another year or so of coming to this location and everything is still the same great experience and positive people. More

The equipment they have is a lot better than any other dental office I’ve been too! They even make it as cool and comfy as you like by adding features like massage chairs, social music sites and even TVs in the office so you can watch stuff like Netflix or Hulu! I went for a teeth cleaning and wow!! The best results I’ve had! Seriously my teeth have never looked so white!! And it was all done very seamless. 100% sure would recommend!! More

After seeing the billboards and hearing the radio commercials for months, I decided to try MINT because I wanted to see if it were really possible to visit the dentist without getting a nervous feeling in my gut the whole time. I am generally uncomfortable whenever I go to hospitals or medical offices, and visits to the dentist are no exception. MINT was different. I walked inside and was greeted right away by the receptionist. She was professional and kind, answering all of my questions and even offering me a bottle of water (which was awesome because I had forgotten to bring one from home that day). Once I was checked in, they offered to let me use an iPad to keep myself entertained while waiting. I thought, "Cool, that will make the wait more tolerable." Then she asked if I wanted to use the Beats headphones as well, and I was officially impressed. At this point, I didn't feel anything like I usually do at the dentist! I actually felt comfortable! I watched Netflix while I had my cleaning done and it truly made a world of difference to be able to distract myself with a TV show. This was awesome for me. I usually get some anxiety during cleanings because I don't know what to do with my focus, but here I was watching That 70s Show and trying not to laugh during my cleaning! I don't have insurance, so I got the Discount Plan and now I'm set for the whole year. It turns out I was paying the same price at my last dentist without any of the amenities that MINT offers, so switching was an easy decision. Now that I know what to expect, I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning in six months! More

I am generally uncomfortable whenever I go to hospitals or medical offices, and visits to the dentist are no exception.MINT was different. I walked inside and was greeted right away by the receptionist. She was professional and kind, answering all of my questions and even offering me a bottle of water (which was awesome because I had forgotten to bring one from home that day). Once I was checked in, they offered to let me use an iPad to keep myself entertained while waiting. I thought, "Cool, that will make the wait more tolerable." Then she asked if I wanted to use the Beats headphones as well, and I was officially impressed. At this point, I didn't feel anything like I usually do at the dentist! I actually felt comfortable!I watched Netflix while I had my cleaning done and it truly made a world of difference to be able to distract myself with a TV show. This was awesome for me. I usually get some anxiety during cleanings because I don't know what to do with my focus, but here I was watching That 70s Show and trying not to laugh during my cleaning!I don't have insurance, so I got the Discount Plan and now I'm set for the whole year. It turns out I was paying the same price at my last dentist without any of the amenities that MINT offers, so switching was an easy decision. Now that I know what to expect, I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning in six months! More

This Mint dentistry office in bishop arts was so above and beyond! Everyone working there were so friendly and welcoming! The place it’s self serves with high class and purpose! The equipment they have is a lot better than any other dental office I’ve been too! They even make it as cool and comfy as you like by adding features like massage chairs, social music sites and even TVs in the office so you can watch stuff like Netflix or Hulu! I went for a teeth cleaning and wow!! The best results I’ve had! Seriously my teeth have never looked so white!! And it was all done very seamless. 100% sure would recommend!! More

From the moment I walked in, I was given amazing service. The lady at the front desk said hello with a huge smile. I filled out paperwork from an iPad and she offered me a bottle of water. Once that was done, she offered beat headphones to listen to music while I waited. Only took about 10 minutes and then I was taken to the back to do X-rays. They then went on the clean to my teeth and the girl was very nice and gentle with me. They even have massage chairs and offered to play Netflix, Hulu, and pandora. Amazing service!
