Went in for an emergency Molar Extraction. Was given thorough information about payment, treatments and what the plan was for my situation. This is my 2nd time here, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Dentist and dental hygienist were empathetic and careful when working on my teeth. DeeDee was my dental assistant and was extremely patient, kind and informational during the entire process. The Dentist (she mentioned her name but I did not catch it) was very knowledgable, careful and made sure I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort. Mint dentistry is the best. My children have been coming her for more then 6 years and they love it. From the moment we arrive the front desk always greets us and never leave us waiting to check in. As you walk in, the receptionist greet you. You sign in and they hand you a pair of sunglasses (every visit) and ask if you'd like a water bottle and headphones (Beat hp). Super sweet, ready to assist you. They make you feel at home and start a conversation with you. The dental experience is superb!! If you have any questions, they will find an answer for you. The chair for dental procedures has a warm/cold temperature and it massages your back as well. While they are doing your procedure you're welcomed to either listen to music, watch Netflix/Hulu, or nothing; the TV is attached to the ceiling so when you lay all the way back you're able to watch it. Staff is amazing and I would definitely recommend MINT dental Oak Cliff to anyone and everyone. Side note: if you have no insurance to cover your visit/procedures, you can join their membership to be able to break down the payments or like I've done, break the procedures down to 2 (or however many you need) visits, so I only pay for what was done that day. Forgot to mention that every visit you get a little goodie bag: tooth brush, tooth paste, and sometimes they have small give aways (for example I just came today and received a red lipstick) love it!!!!!! The toothpaste feels super fresh and it stays in your mouth for a while. The Tropical was my favorite. I wished they still sold it on Amazon. I definitely recommend them 100%!! It it worth going and getting perks from them. Hope this helps anyone reviewing this location. More

I am currently having the denture over implant procedure done and the Bishop Arts location is where it all started. I really enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance that Mint Dentistry create in those dentist office and for the customers. The staff is excellent. I remember sitting down with Dr. Sinn (now at the Cedar Hill location) and listening to him explain the denture procedure with me and he answering all my questions and easing my concerns. This was in 2022 and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. More

Wow this time around was an amazing experience. I came in for my husbands root canal and Jessica the dental assistant was amazing!! She explained and answered all of our questions and very politely. She was the male doctor I forgot his name The only problem here was the time coming before at the initial screening. The office manager Nancy was extremely rude and very impatient with our questions and after visit she did something strange and sent a text to us of dialogue the dialogue sent was our entire conversation at check in between husband, her, and myself I thought it was strange than, when I asked why was that text message sent, no one had a explanation or reason for it this same day the doctor was a female forgot her name as well. She came in the room, did not greet us and told my two children and I to get out “can y’all get out I’m starting the exam” . We were not in her way we were just sitting in the corner chair they have in there for family just supporting my husband She was only doing an exam no X-ray nor procedures. Today Jessica and male doctor changed my opinion and impression on this location. On top of doing an amazing job they were very nice. They allowed me to sit in through the procedure and again she was just sooo great. More

All your medical records that they ask you about aloud is free for everyone to hear. I don't like that. 😞 overall this is my dentist office 🏬 ****update **** Please get organized and communicate to your patients..I took off work for my appointment and they couldn't do my cleanings. They should have called to cancel my appointment! More

JUST WOW! I came to MINT after an awful dental appointment experience the day before at another local dentist. From check-in to check out I was beyond impressed. The front office staff was kind, prompt and efficient. My hygienists Jessica and Dora (in training) were friendly and had great communication walking me through each step of the new patient process. They ensured I was comfortable, which was easy because the MINT experience is has massage chairs, TVs in the ceiling and soft music playing - it’s such a zen experience. Dr. Cunningham was personable and thorough in my exam and cleaning. BONUS: not only do you get fantastic service but you get a travel baggy full of goodies and complimentary at-home whiting kit. I can’t wait for my next appointment! More

If there’s anything negative to say. It would be you cannot allow yourself to become comfortable with one Dentist or Technician because the turnover rate is high but the quality and services remains. The ladies up front were soo nice and helpful made checking in super easy even giving me a toothbrush to wash up before my cleaning/check-up! Dee Dee also made me very comfortable right before OP with conversation and reassured confidence in Dr. Sinn and Alexis. Let me start singing Mint Dentistry's praises! In and out in 35 minutes! They give you a free whitening kit for your first appointment! Everyone was very nice. And the goody bag they give you has a whole tube of Colgate toothpaste, a toothbrush, floss, a water pick syringe, and a mini tube of activated charcoal whitening toothpaste! The lady who cleaned and flossed my teeth was so gentle! No cavities, no issues, just a bit of plaque under the permanent retainers that they fixed. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! More

The staff is nice and attentive. I love the decor and the music selection when you walk through the doors. With my insurance the services are affordable and so far i haven't had any issues with the dental work. My only issue is the wait time. Plan on being there no less than 4 hours. It's ridiculous how slow they are and rather how many people they book at a time. Their is one other thing but this is with most dentist offices; there's no privacy. Where is the hippa laws? All your medical records that they ask you about aloud is free for everyone to hear. I don't like that. 😞 overall this is my dentist office 🏬 More

From the moment I walked in, till I got inside of my car, I felt welcomed! I did have to wait for some x-rays, but the lovely people at mint dentistry had me in a nice massaging chair, personalized radio if I didn't like what was playing, and most importantly, they checked on me and took extra x-rays to be sure everything was ok because I was very concerned about a particular tooth.
